Free tool

See your resume the way a reviewer sees it.

A reviewer spends seconds on a resume before deciding whether to spend minutes. This tool will read yours against the role you are targeting and tell you what those seconds land on.

Not open yet. It will be free when it opens, and free permanently.

Where we are

Being built, and it is not open yet.

There is no form here yet because there is nothing behind it. A file upload that quietly does nothing, or that collects a resume so we can email you later, is the version of this we are not shipping.

It will be free when it opens, and it will not require an account to run.

What it will do

Four passes, in the order a reviewer makes them.

  1. The first ten seconds

What is legible at a glance: current role, trajectory, and whether the shape of your experience matches the role you applied for.

  2. Claims without evidence

Every line that asserts an outcome with no number, no scope and no constraint attached. This is where most resumes lose the room.

  3. Translation problems

Work described in your company's units rather than the market's. Common and fixable, and the single biggest issue for service-company and consulting resumes.

  4. The gap against the target role

What the posting asks for that your resume does not answer, and which of those gaps is worth addressing versus ignoring.

What it will not do

Two things it deliberately will not claim.

  • It will not score you out of ten. A number implies a ranking that does not exist and encourages optimising for the tool rather than for the reader.
  • It will not rewrite your resume for you. A resume written by a machine reads like one, and the interview is where that becomes expensive.

It reads your resume to tell you what a person will notice. Everything past that is a conversation, and a Guide in your domain is twenty minutes away.

A tool tells you what. A person tells you why.

Browsing costs nothing, and the why is easier to find once you can see who has actually done the thing you are weighing.
