No, on either side. Seekers top up a wallet and spend it when they want to. Guides pay nothing to join, list or stay listed.
It is held as escrow when a session starts, and released to the Guide only after the session is complete and the dispute window has passed. Bad audio, a no-show, a session cut short or an off-topic answer are refundable.
The standard commission is 10%, taken per completed transaction and shown to a Guide before they publish a rate. Guides who join the founding cohort pay nothing at all. Nothing is deducted before a session happens.
Yes. It carries forward, never expires, and is refundable to your original payment method at any time.
