It started
with a DM.
A junior engineer with two offers on the table, six days to decide, and no one honest to ask. We had seen this exact conversation maybe two hundred times — in cafeterias, in LinkedIn replies drafted at midnight, and in voice notes between old colleagues.
Everyone was giving advice for free, but hardly anyone had the time, context or industry experience to give it properly — to the right person.
We had spent years inside product companies — building, hiring, getting hired, negotiating, and making tough decisions. We were also the ones people kept asking: “Can I ask you something?” When you’re stuck, a twenty-minute call with someone who has already walked the path is worth more than a hundred LinkedIn posts and endless forum threads.
